Capital markets advisory
Our clients are capital markets authorities, regulators, central banks and international consultancy companies or other organizations working on capital-markets development projects. Our good reputation is built around our skills in project delivery and client liaison and we have been a successful team leader and coordinator on several key projects.
Investors both domestic and international and keen to invest into Africa’s growth story, and enterprises, governments and infrastructure across the continent need to attract tens of billions of dollars of investment each year. How are the continent’s capital markets stepping up to the challenge of providing the most efficient ways to allocate savings to those enterprises that will use them best? AGP helps securities exchange, private equity and investors to develop the markets, systems, and channels to speed this flow of investment. We also help companies to raise capital and increase transparency and investor information.
